More focus needs to be applied to maintaining or improving health. Too often I see sufferers of chronic disease being treated by conventional medicine with little thought given or advice given on how to improve the health which still remains. It is unlikely that medication alone will tackle underlying factors which are making the person present with the condition & symptoms that they have. This is done through, food, exercise & life style changes. Some of these changes only need to be very small.
