This class is filled with local plants & how to use them, medicinally & nutritionally.
We discuss medicinal strength herbal teas, decoctions, dosages, herb combinations & how to treat small ills at home.
We make teas, decoctions, syrups, oils, salves, tinctures, liniments, compresses, soaps... Each person will go home with a salve, a soap & a head full of ideas, knowledge & inspiration.
This is an ideal course for people wanting to make contact with & gain confidence in using, local plants as foods, as medicines & natural health products for the home.
