Medicinal Plant Walks with Medical Herbalist
Eartham woods is an easy access walk, steady under foot with good plant diversity. It offers quiet paths, ancient beech and oak, and a variety of woodland herbs ~ an inviting setting for learning about medicinal plants in their natural habitat.
Join Medical Herbalist Laura Uphill for a guided walk through the hedgerows and fields of West Sussex and discover the healing plants growing all around us. Learn how to identify, understand, and safely use local plants as medicines and foods, and gain practical knowledge you can apply at home.
On the walk we will explore up to 40 plants, covering:
