Medicinal Plant Walks with Medical Herbalist
Graffham Recreation Ground is a spacious, accessible village green with footpaths leading into surrounding woodland ~ an ideal meeting point for local herb walks.
Join Medical Herbalist Laura Uphill for a guided walk through the hedgerows and fields of West Sussex and discover the healing plants growing all around us. Learn how to identify, understand, and safely use local plants as medicines and foods, and gain practical knowledge you can apply at home.
On the walk we will explore up to 40 plants, covering:
