Medicinal Plant Walks with Medical Herbalist
As we head into autumn, this walk will focus more on the hedgerow berries and nourishing tonic syrups that help carry us through the winter months. We’ll look closely at the seasonal fruits, seeds, and remaining plants that offer immune support, respiratory strength, and deep nourishment as the weather cools. You’ll learn which plants to gather now, how to prepare them, and how they can support you and your family through the colds and challenges of the coming season.
Join Medical Herbalist Laura Uphill for a guided walk through the hedgerows and fields of West Sussex and discover the healing plants growing all around us. Learn how to identify, understand, and safely use local plants as medicines and foods, and gain practical knowledge you can apply at home.
