About The Event
Medicinal Plant Walks with Medical Herbalist
The final walk of the year will explore the last of what autumn offers before winter, looking at what we can still collect and store. We’ll cover the final herbal preparations to make to carry us through to spring and how to add the last harvest to your home herb collection. The walk will focus on supporting health through winter and discovering what the season still provides to nourish and strengthen us.
Join Medical Herbalist Laura Uphill for a guided walk through the hedgerows and fields of West Sussex and discover the healing plants growing all around us. Learn how to identify, understand, and safely use local plants as medicines and foods, and gain practical knowledge you can apply at home.
