About The Event
I have been a Medical Herbalist for 25 years & believe people should have access to experienced knowledge about the plants around us & how to use them safely as medicines & foods. I belong to a number of 'Natural Remedy' 'Medicinal Plants' & 'Foraging' groups on Facebook & to be honest, some of the information out there is dangerous, much of the rest is useless, the people who really know can't post due to codes of conduct. It's important to know what to do with herbal medicine, to not poison yourself, for it to work & to know how to not counteract it's effects with a poor quality diet. So here I offer you face to face, professional knowledge to give you the confidence to really apply plants as medicines at home.

Medicinal Herb Walk
A week before the walk you will be sent the location via email. It will be in the Midhurst, Cocking, Petworth area. Please bring clothes for the weather & something to write with. Taking photos of the plants will help you remember them, handouts to take notes are provided. Look forward to seeing you!
