• Beeswax has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that are effective in various skin conditions. Containing vitamin A it is also an excellent skin softener and emollient that helps maintain & regain a smoother skin.

• Lavender is an antiseptic & antibacterial, preventing infection of the skin, aiding repair.

• Benzoin styrax calms & soothes the skin. It also acts as a natural preservative.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition—except in cases of manufacturer defects—and returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Email us at info@gwensgarden.co.uk to request a refund. We will provide you with a return tracking number.

• Include a signed letter with your package stating the reason for your return, along with the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

You may return products for any reason; however, Gwen’s Garden reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if more than 30% of the product has been used.

Restocking Fee

Please note, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your product is unopened and sealed, you may exchange it for a different item. Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
