Return Exceptions

Customers can return purchased products without any reason. Gwen's Garden withholds the right not to replace or refund the product if more than 30% has been used already.

Restocking Fee

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your product is still sealed, you may exchange your item for a different sort. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
